Meet Jeff Ray

For more than four decades, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate some of life's most challenging conversations. I've sat with families, leadership teams, and boards facing difficult decisions. Worked alongside church leaders during seasons of transition. Helped nonprofit organizations strengthen communication. Guided boards through significant organizational change. And learned that lasting solutions rarely begin with quick answers. They begin with understanding. That's the philosophy behind Compass Point Advisors. 

Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving in roles that required thoughtful leadership and careful decision-making, including:

• Negotiating international ministry partnerships.

• Assisting leadership transitions within church associations.

• Serving as President of the Board of Directors for a private school for more than fifteen years.

• Guiding organizations through restructuring, conflict, and seasons of significant change.

Those experiences taught me something simple. People rarely need someone to tell them what to do.

They need someone who can help them understand what's really happening.
